The Story (5 mins)
I once knew this kid at school who was really over weight. He used to eat all of his lunch at school and then eat everything that anyone else had left over on their trays. Some people thought that seeing how much he could eat was a game. It was really sad to watch and I could tell that he really didn’t feel very good about himself. I talked to him one day after school and he thought that I was making fun of him. I told him that I just wanted to help him and he decided to let me help. We started jogging together on weekends and sometimes during the week. He’s lost a lot of weight, become healthier, and eats a lot less these days.
